AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
In today’s competitive era, quality is a prime factor. Quality output from any machine depends on machines repeat performance. To get repeat performance; machine maintenance is a key factor. In order to help our customers in getting the best throughput from the machine, we have introduced the concept of Annual Maintenance Contracts for the machines. The principle of preserving the equipment for preventing any malfunction either before they occur or before they develop into major defects is Maintenance. The prime end of safeguarding is to eliminate the consequences of malfunction of equipment. Our maintenance program shall help you to prevent all equipment failure before if occurs. All air conditioner and refrigeration systems, like any other machine depreciate with time and if not maintained, they lose efficiency, consume more power & reduce your profits. The good news, however, is that you can recover most of that lost efficiency through regular maintenance. The contract is usually for the period of 1 year and can be extended up to three years or five years as per the mutual understanding of both the parties.
Features & Benefits
- Any breakdown call will be attended with immediate response on normal working hours.
- Systematic check of all elecrical parts compressor & fan motor etc
- Cleaning of air filter & unit.
- Cleaning of cooling coil & condenser coil etc.
- Oiling/Lubrication the fan motor.
- Checking overall performance and current consumptions.
- Details report of the A/C unit will be made and will be handover to customer for their reference.
- Servicing Air Conditioners Unit will be on Monthly/Alternate Monthly and Quarterly Basis as per Customer desires.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
The following services will be provided under the AMC:
- 3 (THREE) routine services
- Immediate attendance of break down, if any
- Refrigerant gas charging IF NECESSARY
The following Spare Parts shall be replaced free of cost in case of any breakdown during the AMC period
- Compressor
- Fan motor
- P.C.B
- Magnetic Switch
Following Spare parts, which are not covered under Annual Maintenance Contract schemes, are as follows:
- Plastic Items
- Air Filter
- Sheet Metal Parts
- Condenser & Evaporator Coils
- Remote Control
- Voltage stabilizer and scanners
- Circuit Breaker
- Thermocol parts
Non Comprehensive Maintenance Contract
The following services will be provided and parts replaced free of cost in case of any breakdown during the AMC period:
Services
- 3 (THREE) routine services
- 3 Immediate attendance of break down, if any
- 3 Refrigerant Gas charging, if necessary.
Parts
- Compressor
- Fan motor
- P.C.B
- Magnetic Switch
Following Spare parts, which are not covered under Annual Maintenance Contract schemes, are as follows:
- Plastic Items

- Sheet Metal Parts
- Condenser & Evaporator Coils

Labour Service Maintenance Contract
The following services will be provided under the AMC:
- 3 (THREE) routine services
